Every time I think of Mango I think of the line from the advertisement of popular mango drink " Aam to ab har mausam milta hai". How i wish that was true. I admit to being a die hard mango fan. I like mango raw, ripe , frozen, blended, churned all ways. My favorite mango is not just all sugar it has many many health and beauty benefits as well and knowing these benefits help me feel less guilty about hogging on the fruit.

- Vitamin C : A cup of Mangoes fulfills 60%- 80% of your Vitamin C needs to keep your bones, skin,gums and teeth healthy.
- Vitamin A : Mangoes are a very rich source of Vitamin A that is important for string immunity, production of Red blood cells , maintaining skin tissue
- B Vitamins especially B6 : they help in hormone production in brain and in heart disease prevention.
- Small amounts of Copper, Potassium and Magnesium
